Основные элементы, которые необходимо иметь на каждом этапе производства и обработки в Benxi Welding Research, включают планирование, реализацию, проверку и утилизацию.
Эти четыре элемента непрерывно повторяются и совершенствуются в каждом звене.
1.Документированная система и система
Разработать руководства по качеству, процедурные документы и вспомогательные документы (руководства по закупкам, руководства для сотрудников, системы управления компанией, спецификации операций по обработке и сборке, инструкции по контролю качества, руководства по послепродажному обслуживанию, системы возмещения расходов, системы социального обеспечения и т. д.) для руководства стандартами работы сотрудников.
2.Стандартизация архитектуры управления
Разработать организационную схему и внедрить систему должностных обязанностей (компания разделена на: офис генерального директора, административный отдел, отдел закупок, отдел продаж, отдел НИОКР, отдел контроля качества, отдел послепродажного обслуживания, отдел кадров, производственно-технологический отдел и т. д., каждый отдел выполняет свои соответствующие обязанности)
3.Плановый режим работы
Внедрить планы мониторинга процесса и рабочие инструкции (закупки, складирование, заявка на материалы, обработка и производство, сборка, тестирование, проверка качества, отладка прочности, складирование готовой продукции, отгрузка и послепродажное обслуживание, при этом весь процесс координируется и отслеживается производственным отделом в режиме реального времени). Отделам, вовлеченным в производство и обработку, необходимо усилить адаптацию и координацию, при этом каждый отдел должен выполнять свои соответствующие обязанности, обеспечивая безопасное производство, а также качество продукции и эффективность производства.

1. The personnel and equipment configuration of the R&D department are complete, and a sound design process is established. The R&D department has established a R&D system with department heads as responsible persons, and dedicated designers are assigned to design drawings, which are reviewed and finalized by department heads;
2. According to the drawings for trial processing, the production department will make a sample and submit it to the R&D department for testing. After passing the test, it can be processed and produced. If it is not qualified, the R&D department supervisor will propose improvement suggestions, and then the sample will be made and tested. Only after passing the test can it be officially produced

It follows strict safety procedures, inspection standards, and a 6S management system, with the department manager as the primary responsible person. 2.Upon receiving the drawings, production is carried out as per the process. Finished parts are inspected by quality control and only qualified ones are warehoused. Unqualified parts require handling instructions from QC. The department must strictly follow safety norms and enforce 6S standards under the manager’s supervision.

1.The after-sales service department is fully equipped with technical personnel, tools, and equipment. The department manager assumes primary responsibility, overseeing internal affairs and coordinating with other departments.
2.The after-sales service department is responsible for pre-delivery testing of company equipment, providing written improvement suggestions for any issues found, and also handling on-site commissioning and training for customers.
Административный отдел
1.The Administration Department is fully staffed and equipped, with the department manager serving as the primary person responsible.
2.The Administration Department is responsible for formulating and implementing various rules and regulations, and conducting daily performance evaluations for employees.
3.It also supervises safety during the production process, ensuring employees follow the Safety Operation Manual, and proposes corrective actions for any issues found, ensuring they are implemented.
