introduce
During laser cladding, the heat-affected zone on the substrate is minimal, resulting in reduced workpiece deformation. The cladding layer can achieve metallurgical bonding with the base material, and the dilution rate of the cladding material is low. The cladding layer features fine grains and a dense structure, providing high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Selective local repair is possible, effectively reducing repair costs. The powder material system is highly adaptable, with most conventional and specialty metal powders applicable for cladding onto metal parts.
The equipment can be optionally configured with offline programming, 3D vision, laser tracking, and molten pool monitoring. Optional laser power ranges from 3KW to 12KW, with top robot brands including Yaskawa, KUKA, FANUC, ABB, and other high-quality brands.
